The event which marks the half-century of the rowing boat marathon also leaves room for local artists such as Bruno Rodéo (July 11) and Gab Bouchard (July 14) as well as the show Party! of Quebec Issime (July 145).
For this edition of the well-known event of Almatois and Almatois, the organization wanted to put the rowing boat competition at the heart of the festivities. Rowers will set off from the municipality of Desbiens to reach the Dam-en-Terre resort in Alma via Île Ronde. There is also a secondary route in case of bad weather. Athletes will have to cover a distance of 45 km in total. This year, participants will be able to take the start with different types of boats such as rowing, canoeing and canoeing.
Among the big names in music who will tread the boards of the FestivAlma square, there will also be Roxane Bruneau (July 8), the rapper Souldia as well as the group Taktika (July 13), Pascale Paradis (July 8), Geoffroy (12 July) and many more. An evening will also be reserved for country on July 9 with the well-known Paul Daraîche.

La Grande nuit d’Alma will be back on Saturday, July 15 in downtown Ville de l’Hospitalité. It announces family activities, parades, fireworks, a performance of the play Party! by the production company Québec Issime as well as a show by Mononc’ Serge.
