In the middle of a La Red special, several celebrities commented on the number of diets they did to lose weight. Laura Tobón confessed that at some point she only ate tuna and pineapple. Alzate, for her part, confessed that it was very difficult for her to stay in shape and that due to various diets, she developed worrying heartburn.
But the story that caught the attention of Colombian viewers the most was that Paola Moreno, a Colombian actress for roles in soap operas such as Tía Alison, revealed that she always struggled with her weight and even cooked her tongue so she mightn’t eat.
Paola confessed that since she was a child, she tried to go on diets because her friends at school advised her to do so. In the midst of her concern, she decided to listen to a person who told her to cook her mouth with a mesh placed on her tongue that would not let her pass a bite because it burned a lot.

He lasted 16 days with that mesh in his mouth and lost 16 kilos. Now, looking back, she realizes how dangerous it was for her health to do that, recommending that no one, no matter how eager they are to lose weight, has to do it alone, much less reaching limits like the ones she touched.
