The Dark Pictures: Man Of Medan - Man of Medan and Little Hope Update on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S

Respectively released in 2019 and 2020, Man of Medan et Little Hope, the first two installments of The Dark Pictures Anthology, are receiving an update available free of charge to owners of these games. Here is its content:

New difficulty settings and QTE alerts;

Improved UI and interactions;

An update of trajectories and event triggers;

Acceleration of walking speed;

More accessibility options, including subtitle size;

Additional bonuses for Man of Medan with the discovery of a brand new chapter called Flood, which introduces new gameplay, new deaths and new end scenarios.

If Bandai Namco only mentions the PlayStation and Xbox versions in its communication, owners of the game on PC will also be entitled to this update for free … in principle. Indeed, due to a bug, the developers have decided to temporarily revert to the old version of the game, which therefore does not contain these additions. This update will therefore be available one day on PC, but it is not yet the case.
