Electric scooters are manufactured not to exceed 25-30 kilometers per hour. However, some people tamper with them so that they reach unimaginable speeds for such small machines. In Vilvoorde, for example, a driver was checked at 99 km/h. This represents a danger for the user as well as for other road users.
Unlocking an electric scooter is obviously prohibited.
