It is a mixture of Tramaking tablets with Vody (alcoholic energy drink). Gaddafiwhich is also called “225” or “Captain Red Beret”, is a homemade drug that has a sedative effect. Very popular with young Ivorians, this narcotic was popularized by a song by the group 100 Immediately and a challenge on TikTok.

Very quickly, videos of young people showing themselves under the influence of the Gaddafi drug have multiplied on social networks. Enough to worry public opinion and the authorities who have decided to hunt down Gaddafi. For several weeks, seizures of falsified medicines have been increasing on Ivorian soil.
