“Beware of being lenient with antibiotics. Most colds are caused by a virus and not bacteria (if you take an antibiotic for the virus, the condition will get worse and get worse and not get better). Do not take it unless prescribed and necessary.”
He stressed the necessity of completing the dose, otherwise it will cause harm, as the bacteria become stronger and more resistant. He asked people not to take it except after using all natural methods to fight the infection, as any passing cold attack will make you get the antibiotic.
People are also recommended to eat honey with black seed, Indian costus, and garlic, as well as onions, oranges, lemons, and even vitamin C
He mentioned their negative impact, saying, “Antibiotics kill millions of people, and their benefits may be useless. It is expected that 50 million will die (within two decades) due to antibiotic resistance and their ineffectiveness, so do not be a party to that.”
