The court also sentenced the defendant (Amin R.) to life imprisonment, for the two felonies of participation in premeditated murder preceded by a felony and accompanied by another felony, theft combined with the circumstances of the night, polygamy, and the use of violence, then a misdemeanor of violence.
In this context, the court sentenced Abdul-accused (Rafiq Z), to 25 effective years in prison, for the two felonies of participation in premeditated murder, preceded by a felony and accompanied by another felony, and participation in theft combined with the circumstances of the night, polygamy, and the use of violence.
The court ruled that coach Ould Fashous (Ahmed S.) was sentenced to 20 years in prison, for two felonies of participation in premeditated murder, preceded by the felony of described theft and a misdemeanor of violence.
