The CRI Marrakech-Safi holds its Board of Directors | Conso news

The Marrakech-Safi Regional Investment Center (CRI-MS) recently held its Board of Directors in the ocher city, devoted to examining the results of the first half of 2022.

Chaired by the Wali of the Marrakech-Safi region, governor of the prefecture of Marrakech, Mr. Karim-Kassi Lahlou, this meeting was marked by the presentation by the director of the CRI-MS of the activity report and achievements of the Center during of the first half of 2022, as well as the financial report and the revision of the budgetary data for the current year, indicated the CRI-MS in a press release.

After listening to the report presented by the representative of the Court of Auditors, the floor was given to the chairmen of the two committees created in 2021, namely the Human Resources and Governance Committee and the Strategic Planning and Evaluation Committee.

At the end of the debates, the Board of Directors unanimously approved the balance sheets for the closed financial year 2021, as well as the approval of the revised budget for the year 2022.

The holding of the council was also for the Wali, Chairman of the Board of Directors, the opportunity to reaffirm the fundamental roles entrusted to the CRI-MS in the field of investment promotion and job creation, which requires support the strategies adopted, with the objective of achieving sustainable development in the region, and pay particular attention to listening to the concerns of investors and economic actors according to a practical methodology that identifies the constraints, on the horizon of adopt the most effective means to overcome them, providing the conditions conducive to a renewed development of the business climate in the region, which requires the concerted efforts of all stakeholders.
