Studio Alkimia Interactive and publishing house THQ Nordic released a new video dedicated to the upcoming remake of the cult role-playing game “Gothic“. It is very short, and its main purpose is to wish the fans of the game a Merry Christmas.

As a gift, the creators of the remake have prepared for us a trip to the Valley of Mines – the place where the action of the first “Gothic” takes place. At the same time, we can listen to a fragment of the soundtrack by Kai Rosencrantz, who will play in the Old Camp. And in the new year we are going to show even more news and stories.

Developers promise keep in the remake everything that made Gothic a cult and revolutionary game, but at the same time improve not only the appearance, but also a number of mechanics of the original. It is not yet known when it is worth waiting for the release, but will come out new version on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC.
