Siddique Capan’s lawyer Harris Biran responded that the court was convinced that the case was fabricated. English leaflets were found in the vehicle which went to Hathras. Posters of the ‘Black Lives Matter’ protest in America were also received. Another poster read ‘Justice for Hathr’s Victim’.
