Islamabad’s Official Secret Act Court Judge Abul Hasanat heard the request to have a telephone conversation with PTI chairman’s sons, in which Imran Khan’s lawyer Shiraz Ranjha appeared in the court.
During the hearing, the judge said that the SOPs regarding the telephonic conversation of the Adiala Jail Superintendent have not come yet.
Meanwhile, lawyer Shiraz Ranjha said that the chairman wants to provide bicycles to PTI for exercise in the jail. should not be misused, so that the bicycle jail superintendent continues to run, I pass an order on the bicycle issue, the matter is resolved.
The court resumed the hearing after a short break in the case, Judge Abul Hasanat said that the SOPs have come according to which the accused is not allowed to talk. Show permission to speak abroad in writing, I am speaking on your behalf, I give permission for telephonic conversation.
The court gave a decision that the Superintendent of Adiala Jail issued a directive to allow Chairman PTI to talk to the sons, the Superintendent of Adiala Jail is allowed to talk to the sons.
