The councilor who is shaping up to be a candidate for legislator for the Alto Valle Oeste de Río Negro circuit

In a meeting held in Cipolletti for the anniversary of the Patagonian Popular Movement (MPP)the actual Senator of Together We Are Río Negro, Alberto Weretilneck gave some clues regarding the conformation of the lists of the ruling party for the 2023 provincial election.

Although the possibility of his candidacy is already being considered, it has not yet been officially confirmed by the party. Sources close to Yensen stated that “there is dialogue, but there is nothing official, once the proposal is made official it will be confirmed to the media,” they assured.

Lorraine Yensen (44) She is a lawyer specializing in environmental and constitutional law, she worked as a legislative advisor to legislator Elvis Cides. She was a member of the MPP and during 2019 she was called to be a councilor in the administration of Claudio Di Tella. During her tenure at the Deliberative, she made numerous project proposals that later became ordinances for the city.

There are eight electoral circuits in the province.
