The Concello das Pontes is committed to mycology once again, organizing a new edition of the mycological days “As Pontes, Terra de Cogomelos”. This will be the 4th edition of an initiative that will take place throughout the months of October and November and whose objective is to promote culture, physical activity in natural spaces, tourism and, ultimately, the economy around the mushrooms and cogemelons present during the autumn in the bisbarra of Pontesa.
The first activity of this edition will be a talk at Casa Dopeso, on Friday, October 4 at 6:30 p.m., by Antonio Díaz, chef and mycophile from Eumés, who will present the cogomelos with the greatest gastronomic value present in the Eume region.
The next day, Saturday, October 5, in the morning, one of the most original activities will be carried out, consisting of a cycling itinerary to identify mushrooms and buds that will be guided by the Xermadés popularizer and youtuber Luis Cuba.
