Completion of construction work at Petzvalgasse 4, 1040 Vienna – 13 apartments still available
Vienna (OTS) – After around two years, 3SI Immogroup is ending its construction work in Vienna Wieden: The once gray, inconspicuous old building at Petzvalgasse 4 now impresses with an elegant stucco facade in a delicate beige, stylish Wilhelminian style flair and exclusive apartments in the high-quality, revitalized regular and newly built attic. There are currently 13 apartments still available.
Over the past few months, 3SI Immogroup has developed 25 stylish condominiums, including three luxurious penthouses, at Petzvalgasse 4, located between Schweizergarten and Alois-Drasche-Park. In addition to the high-quality revitalization of the standard floor apartments and the general areas, the existing property was expanded by around 550 m2 in the attic – including generous open spaces.
On the courtyard side, attractive private gardens, balconies and terrace areas were created where structurally possible. The unadorned façade, which was rebuilt in the 1950s following bombing during the Second World War, was reconstructed using earlier sketches and plans. “The transformation of the Wilhelminian style house, which was gray years ago and visibly outdated, excites me enormously,” emphasizes building owner and 3SI managing director Michael Schmidt. “In our building project THE CORE, a central Viennese location, high-quality living space and tasteful Wilhelminian style flair come together skilfully!”
