the coop’ is postponed again, the developers justify themselves

Although its release in December 2021 was greatly praised by the press and players, Halo Infinite had a slight taste of unfinished. Probably because some aspects of the game were missing at launch, but the developers of 343 Industries had promised to deliver very quickly. There is the co-op mode for example, which was to arrive with Season 2 of the post-launch content, but it will be necessary to be patient, since the studio made some revelations in an message posted on the Halo Waypoint. It is indeed indicated quite discreetly that the cooperation will be available “later” during the season, without any date being specified, which leaves the players in the most total vagueness. Nevertheless, 343 Industries justifies itself by explaining that the work necessary for the results to be the image of what they hope for requires more time. A schedule delay that also applies to two-player split-screen co-op, which will be available on all Xbox consoles (One as Series X | S). Since Season 2 is supposed to arrive on May 3, we imagine that in the best case scenario, we will have to wait until next summer, if not for the next school year. Patience is the mother of virtues as they say…
