Swedish skip Niklas Edin crowned his splendid career by winning the Olympic title with Sweden. At 36, he adds this coronation to his five world titles and seven European crowns.
After a thrilling final, Sweden beat skip Bruce Mouat’s Great Britain 5-4 in the final following an extra end.
Edin won the bronze medal at the 2014 Olympics in Sochi and the silver in 2018 in Pyeongchang.
Switzerland, represented by CC Geneva, finished the tournament in 7th place.
