grandmother: In partnership with the “General Entertainment Authority” in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, “MBC Academy” concluded the activities of the first leg of the “Creative Journey around the Kingdom” in its second edition in the city of Jeddah, in cooperation with Effat University, which hosted the events of the participants’ performance experiences.
The events that ran from May 29 to May 31 witnessed wide participation in a variety of media and creative categories, including but not limited to: singing, playing, acting, filmmaking, presentation, and others. The Saudi media events and performances were presented by Suha Al-Wael, and the jury included: Charity Abu Al-Laban, Faisal Al-Zahrani, Reem Al-Habib, and Faisal Abdul Karim.
It is worth noting that the Jeddah station hosted 101 auditions, which ended with the victory of 12 applicants:
Acting category: Nader Al-Hawsawi, Kholoud Hassan, Tamim Al-Harthy
singing category: Hatem al-Mughrabi, Safaneh Senari, Hajar al-Maliki
playing class: Nahar Damanhouri, Maryam Tayeb
Presentation category: Abdullah Al-Maliki, Manab Justinia, Yazan Al-Ghamdi
Box house category: Hoda Zaqzouq
It is noteworthy that the stations of the creative journey in its second edition are held, successively, in: Jizan, Abha, Al-Ula, Tabuk, Hail, Al-Khobar, Al-Ahsa, and Riyadh.
