If the series of Galaxy S22 is eagerly awaited high end smartphone, Samsung, like its competitors, achieves the bulk of its sales volume on more modest models. The future Samsung Galaxy A53 falls into this category.

The future phone of the Korean giant has passed the TENAA certification in China, which allows us to discover almost all of its technical sheet thanks to the information identified by MyFixGuide.

Samsung remains on its achievements

This smartphone should therefore adopt dimensions and a design very similar to the Galaxy A52s becoming somewhat refined along the way. It would thus go from a thickness of 8.4 mm to 8.1 mm compared to its elder.

For the rest, we should be able to find a 6.46-inch Full HD + AMOLED screen. It is not yet known whether it will offer a higher refresh rate than 60 Hz. In any case, it will have an integrated fingerprint reader under the screen.

The chip announced in the TENAA certification is an Exynos 1200, but it is of course not excluded that another version under Snapdragon will come to us, like a Snapdragon 778G for example.

The photo configuration offers four rear sensors (64, 12, 5 and 5 megapixels) as well as a 32 megapixel front sensor.

The battery should be slightly larger than the A52s, since it would display 4860 mAh once morest 4500 mAh. However, we would remain on a relatively slow charge of 15 W.

The release of the Galaxy A53 is expected by the end of the first quarter of 2022.
