A California federal court has approved a peace agreement between CD Projekt RED and Cyberpunk 2077 investors who have filed a lawsuit against the game company due to the unsatisfactory quality of the game.
The lawsuit, which was filed in the United States District Court in California, alleged that Cyberpunk 2077 was “unplayable” at the time of release and that investors suffered financial damage due to CD Projekt RED being forced to refund many irate gamers. .
According to Law360under the terms of the settlement, CD Projekt RED will pay $1.85 million to the investor group, but reserves the right not to acknowledge specific charges in the lawsuit.
