The very cool and atypical Cult of the Lamb had promised a “Sins of the Flesh” update, causing fans to be amazed: would this update therefore promise sex in the game? At first, the answer was no… but only at first.

The least we can say is that the very principle of Cult of the Lamb is crazy: we play a lamb who has just escaped death who, saved by a divinity, will create his own cult of lambs and outwit the “false prophets”. uA unique title of its kind and frankly successful, having quickly galvanized attention and gained the loyalty of a large community.
Well aware of having created something powerful there, Massive Monster therefore plans to maintain its baby over time, recently confirming the “Sins of the Flesh” update, literally “the sins of the flesh”, with an initial image of wriggling lambs. Neither one, nor two, fans got it into their heads that it was actually a “sex update”, a meme very present in the community.
Winning bet
Faced with the desire of fans to really have a “sex update”, therefore bringing content of a sexual nature within the game, the developers spoke out to calm the enthusiasm: no, the “Sins of the Flesh” update will have nothing like that. Then, faced with pressure, the studio released a post on X (formerly Twitter):
We will add sex to the game if we reach 300,000 followers by the end of the year.
This was without counting on the haste of Internet users who made it possible to reach this rate of subscribers… less than two hours following the publication of the post. Race results: the designers will indeed keep their promise by adding… “sex in Cult of the Lamb”. It remains to be seen how this translates into practice, but this boiling hot addition will therefore arrive at the beginning of 2024.
