The expected temperature on the morning of the 24th is 23 degrees below zero to 6 degrees below zero. Seoul was predicted to be -17 degrees Celsius in the morning and -12 degrees Celsius during the day. The morning minimum temperature in northern Gyeonggi Province and some areas in Gangwon Province is expected to be below minus 20 degrees Celsius. The expected temperature on the morning of the 25th will also be very low, ranging from minus 25 to minus 9 degrees.

Cold wave warnings have already been issued in most areas of the country, and heavy snow warnings have been issued at 11:00 p.m. Up to 70cm of snow is expected in the area by the day following tomorrow. In addition, it is expected that a lot of snow of 5 to 20 cm will fall in the western part of Honam and the 5 degrees in the West Sea.

In particular, since a strong wind warning has been issued in Jeju Island, preemptive flight cancellations are being followed one following another. As of 7:00 p.m. on the same day, it was found that 162 of the 234 flights scheduled to depart on the 24th from Jeju Airport had been canceled.
