The referral decision included that the accused assaulted the sanctity of the victim’s private life by transmitting photographs and video clips of her without her consent, publishing and using the images without her consent, and assaulting the values and principles of family life and violating the sanctity of the victim’s private life through the international information network, the Internet.
The accused also deliberately harassed the victim, the girl child, by using and abusing communication devices, and thus committed a felony and misdemeanor punishable by law and its provisions explained in the referral decision, so it was decided to refer him to the case hearing in the Child Court in Tanta of the Tanta Court of First Instance and notify the accused’s guardian of the referral decision.
