Producer Mohamed El-Sobky is one of the largest filmmakers in Egypt and the Arab world, and he has produced dozens of films that left behind a milestone in art.
In a previous interview, Al-Sobky raised the controversy when he said that the artist “Adel Imam is the cheapest in Egypt,” but explained why the leader is considered the cheapest wage in Egypt, which is because of the demand for his work and its purchase in all parts of the Arab world, and therefore his wage is considered the cheapest compared to what he achieves of revenue.
The producer, Mohamed El-Sobky, revealed that the reason for entering the field of art is the leader, Adel Imam, and he continued: “I was the one who entered the cinema when I was young. He used to finish the butcher and sit with him.. One day, the imam took my father’s hand, and he took pictures of a scene with him, and I was inside the baloota, and from here I started thinking about entering this field.”
Al-Sobky added, during his interview with the media, Basma Wahba, on the “Sheikh Al-Hara” program, that he wishes to work with the leader, Adel Al-Imam.
In response to the program’s presenter’s question about the leader’s high wages, the reason behind not working with him, producer Mohamed El-Sobky said that Adel Imam is the cheapest star in Egypt, explaining that if he works with “Sin” and another with “The Leader”, everyone will flock to buy Adel’s films. The imam in foreign countries at high prices, in addition to his overwhelming popularity inside Egypt, will make him achieve very high sales. Here, the huge profits achieved by the leader make his work price lower than others.
Producer Mohamed El-Sobky pointed out that he does not set a budget for the artwork he does, and continued: “There is no budget in production for any artistic work.
