The Argentine capital, Buenos Aires, is witnessing massive celebrations, with millions of citizens eager to see the players of their World Cup-winning team as they pass by on a dedicated bus.

The bus, which bears the name “Champions for Three Times” (Tri-Campeones), started its tour from the headquarters of the Argentine Football Association, and is scheduled to travel 32 kilometers in the center of the capital, where the celebrations are concentrated.
However, following three hours had passed, the bus did not cover a distance of only ten kilometers, following tens of thousands of fans slowed down its path, and the masses poured in from all sides, from the outskirts of the capital and the provinces, especially from Rosario, located at a distance of 300 kilometers. Some of them came since midnight, taking advantage of the public holiday decided by the authorities to participate in the celebration of the third world title for the Argentine national team. The masses covered the roads, squares and intersections.
This amazing crowd, which a source from the municipality estimated in a statement to AFP at more than 4 million, extended outside and inside the city, which has a population of 3 million (regarding 13 million people, including the suburbs).
Crowds can’t stop chanting “Boys…we won the third,” which has become an unofficial anthem for Argentina, blaring along major roads closed to traffic, and on the metro.
