New disruptions announced in transport in Ile-de-France. The CGT RATP has filed a strike notice from February 5 to September 9 concerning “all staff”announced the union Monday January 29, in a letter, published on Facebook and addressed to the president and general director of RATP, Jean Castex.

The union justifies this decision by “insufficient 2024 salary measures”. Management forecasts an increase of 0.9% which “does not meet the expectations of the company’s agents”, notably “in a period of high inflation and on the eve of a global challenge, which is to organize the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games”.

The union recalls its demands, which include the creation of a mechanism for indexing the point to inflation, the revaluation of bonuses, and the opening of negotiations on the reduction of working hours. The notice concerns “all RATP staff, in each category and in each service”.
