Yves Koldimadji’s counsel accuses the National Security Agency (ANS) of being responsible for his abduction. Yves Koldimadji, director general of the Agency for the Development of Information and Communication Technologies (ADETIC), has not given any news since February 21, 2023.
According to his lawyer, Me Ndilyam Mouadjimtog, Yves Koldimadji was kidnapped from his office by two individuals. Surveillance camera footage identified the two individuals as ANS agents. The lawyer has not had access to his client since the kidnapping and does not know where he is being held.

No information on the reasons for his detention has been provided, which constitutes arbitrary detention and a violation of international human rights legal instruments ratified by Chad. Me Ndilyam Mouadjimtog is worried regarding the safety of his client and is asking for his release.

ADETIC is a public institution under the supervision of the Ministry of Posts and the Digital Economy, with legal personality and financial autonomy.
