Ministries, government institutions, what do you do with the dollar that you buy from the central bank?? So stay away from the black market.

If there are contracts with companies or even countries for the purpose of importing various materials or private companies, I think there is
International transactions and under the government’s misleading, sometimes they do not buy from the black market, but credits are opened in solid banks, and the amounts are transferred from bank to bank.

patchwork reforms

The central bank failed to manage the crisis, the absence of strategic planning for financial management and economic policy, the interference of external parties, the weakness or absence of government decision in the previous government, the pressure from all sides on decision makers now, the absence of real oversight by the concerned agencies, and even the absence of final accounts, auditing and accounting that are available in the simplest institution Especially, the absence of sanctions, loose money, confusion in solutions, and unfortunately, the expulsion of real experts, specialists, and holders of higher degrees in the field of economics, money management, and banking policies.

Banks have become (money changers), not banks.
As well as the daily dealings in dollars and disrespect for the local currency with the simplest things, and the continuous smuggling has reached the point of replacing security companies that run the airport in order to facilitate thefts, despite the attempt of some personalities to uncover what is hidden with this cross-border gangs and mafias operating.
