Central African voters voted on Sunday for a referendum on the reform of the Constitution. A text that might allow President Faustin Archange Touadéra to run for a third term and to represent himself as many times as he wishes. The vote took place without any notable security incident, in a vast territory where armed groups carry out guerrilla actions.
