From the witness testimony and the camera extract of the accident area, the functional forces determined that the passenger car BKS 51B-179.01 had moved through the place of the traffic accident.

From this image, the working group verified and quickly verified the vehicle owner’s information and learned that the above passenger car was driven by Do Trong (36 years old, living in Long An province).

Coordinating with the local police in Long An, the Task Force invited the car owner and passenger driver BKS 51B-179.01 to the agency for further investigation and verification.

Through inspection, examination of traces on the car as well as recording of testimony, the passenger driver admitted to being involved in the above traffic accident. Driver Trong said at the time that he thought it was a minor collision, so he left the scene.
