The heir to Dead Space is coming soon. to mark the occasion, the Striking Distance teams have concocted several editions for us, including a colossal collector’s one. Scheduled for December 2, the game is already on pre-order. Except for a few details.

Horror and science fiction fans should be delighted at the end of the year with the release of The Callisto Protocol. The project has serious arguments that could well make it a must-have of its kind. And for good reason, if the first images immediately evoke Dead Spacethis is quite normal since the director of this new project is none other than Glen Schofield, co-creator of the horrific saga of Electronic Arts and Visceral Games! With such kinship, fans are therefore entitled to expect a true space horror experience.

A superb collector’s edition… but not confirmed with us
Striking Distance had already detailed the contents of the different editions of the game during the month of June. Without prices or visuals, the studio left us a little unsatisfied. But since the pre-orders are open, we have just been entitled to the first image of one of the collector’s editions. Because yes, it should be noted that this edition is exclusive to GameStop, the American video game sales channel. It is therefore not certain that this edition is available in France, at least with exactly the same content.
On the site of the game, the pre-order of this edition is also unavailable from us for the moment. We think that this collector will be the same in France, but caution is the mother of safety. If even you were planning to offer yourself this very beautiful content, you will have to plan for a small budget. Count 250 dollars to acquire the game, its steelbook, the figurine, pins, a comic book as well as digital content and the Season Pass. The sum should be equivalent in France. It’s expensive, but when you love you don’t count. It should also be noted that this edition does not include the PC version, but exclusively concerns the console versions.
