The cake mixing fair at Chandy’s Resort was impressive

Adimali: The cake mixing fair at Chandy’s Resort became remarkable for the eighth year following imparting the lesson of love and care. Mixing fair of dry fruits for 6000 kg cake specially prepared in connection with Christmas was organized. The mixture was prepared by scientifically processing and drying more than 20 types of fruits such as raisins and cashew nuts. Keeping them safe for more than two months increases the sweetness, flavor and quality of the plum cake. The fair was organized at Chandis Resort, which was built in harmony with nature near Munnar Pallivasal. Managing Director Mathew Kuruwila, father Kuruwila Joseph, Mathew’s son and CEO Alan Kuruwila Mathew and others were present. The mela became more attractive with the gathering of local and foreign tourists and local people. The 15 gold coins placed among the dry fruits attracted the attention of the lucky participants of the fair. General Manager and renowned chef Nibu James, executive chefs Anil Jose and Bibin George, who heads the resort operations, also led the way. Chandis’s work is to promote the importance of responsible tourism and ensure various services to the local people. The love is shared by giving the cakes prepared for Christmas to the tourists and people who come here.
