Diablo IV’s Butcher is not a butcher like the ones we saw in previous episodes. He spawns completely randomly, so you can’t go to a specific location to battle him.
It may even happen that you meet him very early, as is the case with Darksnipsy who crossed paths with the Butcher with his level 2 character…Three times unfortunately, he just dropped a level 1 item.
Note that with all the Altars of Lilith activated and the bonuses provided by Renown, a level 1 character no longer has anything to do with the first one you created when leaving D4. Your alts are much stronger and can easily overcome such an enemy.
