Economist Louis Hobeika confirmed that “the budget was delayed and no longer has the luster and importance if it was approved at its time, but I am with its approval of its disadvantages to build on it and correct the imbalance for the coming year.”

He believed that “it is not possible to keep the customs dollar at the rate of 1500, and also the number of the black market dollar cannot be reached, and a number will be found in the middle.”
He considered that “the dollar in the free market will continue to rise and is linked to the situation of the country as a whole.”
