Cruelty of the bus staff following leaving the 9th class boy who fell off the KSRTC bus at Ezhukon, Kollam. Nikhil, a native of Kundara Nanthirikal, who was injured, was taken to the hospital by a biker and a police home guard. Manorama News has received the CCTV footage of the accident.

The accident took place near the Ezhukon petrol pump at 4.13 pm on Tuesday. Nikhilsunil, a ninth class student of Ezhukon Technical School, was coming to Kundara by KSRTC bus from Kottarakkara Karunagappalli in the evening. Nikhil was standing at the door of the bus and fell out. Those who were with Nikhil raised a ruckus but the driver did not stop the bus. The conductor did not intervene. Even though the bus stopped half a kilometer away at Cheerangao, the staff did not inquire regarding the injured student. Nikhil, who was lying on the side of the road with injuries to his head, leg, face and shoulder, was later taken to the hospital by a bike passenger and the home guard of Kottarakkara police station, Suresh Babu. When Nikhil’s friends and family complained at the Kollam depot, the staff replied that they did not know.
