The body was found Monday nearly 12 miles from where Eliza “Liza” Fletcher was forced into an SUV, according to CNN.

The 34-year-old kindergarten teacher was jogging around 4 a.m. on Friday when a man chased her down before forcing her into a black SUV.

Her husband quickly reported her missing, then someone found her damaged cellphone on the street. Police found surveillance video of the area that shows a black GMC Terrain vehicle passing by her, according to an affidavit obtained by CNN.

A man was then seen getting out of the SUV and running “aggressively” towards her before forcing her into the passenger seat of the vehicle, according to passages from the affidavit seen by CNN.

The document also indicates that the SUV remained in a parking lot for regarding four minutes before leaving.

A suspect was arrested on Sunday and charged with particularly aggravated kidnapping and tampering with evidence.

Cleotha Abston previously served time in prison for aggravated kidnapping more than 20 years ago, CNN reports.

Eliza Fletcher was the granddaughter of Joseph Orgill III, a billionaire working in the building materials business.
