Following this discovery, an investigation was opened and entrusted by the Nanterre prosecutor’s office to the Boulogne-Billancourt police station, for “research into the causes of death”.

At this stage, the trail of suicide would be considered. “It is up to the police investigation to determine the circumstances,” said a spokesperson for the TF1 group. “The group’s deputy general manager in charge of human relations immediately went to the site, joined by the emergency services, the police and the labor inspectorate.
