HAI said that the Board of Directors of the company has just received the resignation of Ms. Bui Hai Huyen as a member of the Board of Directors for personal reasons.
The Board of Directors will report and submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the dismissal of Ms. Huyen at the nearest meeting, ensuring compliance with the provisions of law and the current Company Charter.
Ms. Bui Hai Huyen has been elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of HAI Agricultural and Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company since October 17, 2018. On April 22, 2021, Mr. Nguyen Duc Cong was elected to this position, Ms. Huyen was dismissed and continues to hold the position of a member of the Board of Directors until now.
Ms. Bui Hai Huyen is better known for her role at FLC Group JSC (FLC). Ms. Huyen was born in 1976, holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and has held many important positions in the business system of the FLC ecosystem, before holding the position of Deputy General Director of this group since December 2015.

On March 19, 2020, Ms. Bui Hai Huyen was appointed to the position of General Director, replacing the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at that time, Ms. Huong Tran Kieu Dung.
