These are the requests by the prosecution for each of them and the sentences handed down this Friday followingnoon:
1- Corporal first Lucas Gómez (37) He fired four shots with his service weapon at the car. They sentenced him to life imprisonment. absolute and special disqualification to perform employment and public office.
2- The first corporal Javier Catriel Alarcón (33), he also fired two shots. Request for “life imprisonment”. They sentenced him to life imprisonment, absolute and special disqualification from holding public employment and office.
3- Agent Wanda Esquivel (34). Request for five years in jail. They sentenced her to 3 years in prison. She is going to remain with house arrest.

8- Walter Soria (45) Request for six years in prison for “false testimony, concealment for personal and real favor aggravated by the functional quality and the seriousness of the fact and omission of duties of a public official in an ideal competition”. He was sentenced to four years and nine months in prison.
9- Deputy Commissioner Enzo Quiroga (36). Requests for a sentence of five years and nine months. He was sentenced to four years and eight months in prison.
10- The commissioner inspector Jorge Galleguillo (46). Request for six years in prison for “false testimony, concealment for personal and real favor aggravated by the functional quality and the seriousness of the fact and omission of duties of a public official in an ideal competition”. He was sentenced to four years and eight months in prison.
11- Commissioner Juan Antonio Gatica (46). Request for six years in prison for “false testimony, concealment for personal and real favor aggravated by the functional quality and the seriousness of the act and omission of duties of a public official in an ideal competition.” They sentenced him to four years in prison.
12- Agent Juan Orlando Ramírez. 1 year in prison for conditional execution for harassment.
13- Corporal Leonardo Martínez (20). Request for five years in prison. He was acquitted.
14- Agent Rodrigo Toloza (29). Request for five years in prison. was acquitted
