And if a person is concerned regarding the smell of garlic, they can take it with lemon or apple cider vinegar.
2. Garlic tea
Garlic tea is an excellent choice for those who prefer a milder flavor while still enjoying the benefits of garlic. To make garlic tea, crush a clove of garlic and add it to a cup of water. Boil the tea for a few minutes and then add 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon to it. The mixture is then left to infuse for a few minutes before turning off the stove. Finally, one teaspoon of honey and half a teaspoon of lemon juice can be added.
3. Garlic and honey
Combining garlic with honey is another effective way to incorporate garlic into your daily routine. Cut a clove of garlic into three or four pieces and put it on a spoon.
