Al-Marsad newspaper: Dr. Ayman Helmy revealed the best way to enlarge breasts for women, explaining the difference between silicone implants and injections of fat, water and salt.
He said during an interview with the “Sayidaty” program broadcast on the Rotana Khalijiya channel: “If a woman wants a larger breast size, the only solution is silicone implants of various sizes and shapes.”
He continued: “We use the technique of injecting fat into the layer directly under the skin, to improve the type of skin and not to obtain greater volume.”
He added: “The preferred silicone fillings are those that contain full silicone, not water and salt,” pointing out that the problem with water and salt is that when a woman stands, the fillings lose their shape and prominence, and since these fillings will become saggy in the future, the doctor will be forced to inflate them 20% more than necessary.
