The Football Observatory of the International Center for Sports Studies (CIES) has revealed in its Football Observatory (Football Observatory) a ranking that highlights players under 25 years of age, from solid defenders to creative midfielders, with greater value in the Liga MX market.
Heading the list is the Mexican central defender, Israel Reyes, from Club América, who is only 23 years old and has an impressive market value of 17.9 million euros. His notable international experience with the Mexican National Team, with 13 appearances, underlines his quality and potential both nationally and internationally.
In second place stands out the Uruguayan left winger, Maximiliano Araujo, from Toluca, who at 24 years old is positioned as a fundamental piece in his team and in the Uruguayan national team led by Marcelo Bielsa, with a market value of 17.6 million euros.
Third place is occupied by Víctor Guzmán, central defender of Monterrey, who is only 21 years old and has a market value of 17.1 million euros. The Monterrey player was awarded the 2023 Ballon d’Or for ‘Best Central Defender of the year 2023’, in the Liga BBVA MX, and is considered one of the central defenders with the greatest projection in Mexican soccer.
In fourth place is Erick Sánchez, a Mexican midfielder from Pachuca, 24 years old and valued at 14.0 million euros, demonstrating his talent on the field.
