Asuncion, IP Agency.- The Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC), through the Vice Ministry of Mines and Energy, urges Paraguayan companies focused on the rational use and protection of energy resources to apply for the “Olade Award for Energy Excellence.”
This award aims to publicly recognize the efforts of institutions, organizations, communities and companies in the member countries of the Latin American Energy Organization (OLADE) that seek to improve energy efficiency.
It also aims to promote and give visibility to sustainable development activities, energy efficiency and decarbonisation processes at both local and regional levels.
Projects from institutions, organizations, communities and companies may participate, in order to encourage and promote their replicability both nationally and internationally.
The activity is part of the “IX Energy Week”, which will take place from October 28 to November 1, 2024, in Asunción – Paraguay.
Application categories: energy efficiency, decarbonisation and renewable energy.
