To start, let’s talk regarding the ingredients. To make a very tasty corn cake, you will need corn, it can be fresh or canned, (the one from the can), milk, sugar, oil, eggs, wheat flour and baking powder. Oh, and don’t forget the salt, eh? He is important to give a special taste to the cake. But let’s start with basic recipe for you to understand and then I’ll show you how I do it:
The first step is to beat the corn, milk, sugar, oil and eggs in a blender. Then add the wheat flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt, and mix everything with a spoon until the dough is homogeneous. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for regarding 40 minutes.
And ready! Your corn cake is ready to be devoured. But don’t forget to wait to cool down a little before cutting, so that it becomes firmer and easier to serve.
