20 bulls and 30 heifers selected from Hereford, Angus and Braford breeds will be auctioned and credits from the Pyme-ADENEU Center will be offered at a promotional rate to purchase breeding stock. He pointed out that, “in addition to food, health, animal welfare, genetics is a fundamental tool that by incorporating it we are adding speed in growth, more efficient meat production, ease of calving, improvement of breast milk, adaptation to the area, butcher shop, among other characteristics.”

He highlighted the work of the livestock plan so that those producers who have not yet incorporated genetics can do so and with good livestock practices in all links of the chain.
