The American Diabetes Association recommends including boiled eggs in breakfast, because eating one egg on an empty stomach plays a major role in regulating blood glucose levels throughout the day.

The clinical nutrition consultant called on diabetics to eat bananas in moderation, because excessive amounts of them cause harmful cholesterol in the blood to rise, which increases their risk of cardiovascular disease.

He concluded his speech by pointing out that moderation in eating eggs ensures that a diabetic patient obtains amazing benefits, most notably:

– Strengthening the immune system, because it contains minerals and vitamins that enhance the body’s ability to fight bacteria and viruses, such as zinc, vitamin B6, and vitamin A.

– Weight loss, due to its low calories, in addition to the ability of its good protein content to suppress appetite, by keeping the stomach full for long hours.

– Strengthening bones, as it is rich in calcium and vitamin D.

– Promoting eye health, because the vitamin A available in it improves vision and reduces the risk of age-related macular degeneration diseases, such as glaucoma and cataracts.
