The head of the Executive Council of Hezbollah, Mr. Hashem Safi al-Din, said: “We are in the position we should be in, and the epics that the resistance fighters are writing today in Palestine are the beginning of a new phase.”
He added during Hezbollah’s solidarity festival with Palestine, “The resistance fighters in Palestine have proven that they are capable of liberating all of Palestine, and their operations have warmed the hearts of all Arabs and Muslims.”
He continued, “Netanyahu, the Zionists, and all Israeli leaders will not wake up from this shock, and the failure of Israeli intelligence means the success of the Palestinian resistance at various levels and the accumulation of combat military experience.”
He stressed that “Netanyahu must know that this battle is not just a battle for the people of Gaza and the West Bank.”
He pointed out that “the entry of the resistance fighters into the settlements that they thought were fortified and protected and the capture of a large number of Zionists is a scene of great humiliation that demonstrates the ability of the heroic Palestinians to take revenge for decades of injustice.”
He added, “These scenes indicate that the time for revenge and reckoning has come. The Islamic resistance’s slogan has always been ‘march, march towards Jerusalem’ and we must always repeat this slogan.”
Safi al-Din continued: “We have witnessed and are witnessing the complete and clear ratification of the statement of the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, ‘The time of defeats has passed and the time of victories has come.’”
He said: “The spirit of Qassem Soleimani was present in Gaza with all the heroic mujahideen, and the ‘Al-Aqsa flood’ ended the notion of safe settlements and took away sleep from the Zionists. This continues and what is coming is greater.”
He pointed out that “we are in the era of martyrdom and dignity, not the era of normalization and subservience as some think, and the ‘Al-Aqsa Flood’ is the battle of the entire nation in confronting the enemy without special or internal calculations, and everyone must participate in it.”
He pointed out that “the whole world witnessed that black will continue to stain their foreheads until the end of this entity. This is not just the battle of the people of Gaza and the West Bank, and responsibility requires all the people of the nation not to remain neutral.”
He added, “Our message first to the Americans and the Israelis: If you persist in your foolishness, the Al-Aqsa flood will turn into a ‘flood of the entire nation,’ and in this battle we are not neutral and we say to the Palestinians everything we have with you.”
He concluded: “We are not neutral, and the resistance fighters greeted Gaza in the Shebaa Farms in their own way. In our dear resistance, we have always longed for these moments in which we clash with this enemy, and we are fully prepared and ready when needed.”
