This Friday, the barometer will change from red to orange. This will leave room for several relaxations. Here they are.
Events
After the last Codeco, the night sector breathed a big sigh of relief. Indeed, from this Friday, all the nightclubs will be able to reopen their doors. The various establishments will be able to accommodate 70% of the total capacity of their establishment or even more if it is correctly ventilated. The Covid Safe Ticket will be requested at the entrance.
Concerts and festivals may take place. Again, the 70% capacity must be respected. The Covid Safe Ticket must be presented if the attendance exceeds 50 people inside and 100 people outside.
For activities that take place outdoors, there is no longer a limit on the number of spectators. Inside, a maximum of 200 people can attend the activities. This restriction does not apply to sports activities.
Horeca
From Friday, there will also be changes in cafes and restaurants. The Horeca world will no longer have to respect the limit of six people per table. There will no longer be a limit on the closing time. The mask will no longer be compulsory for customers but for staff. As with concerts and festivals, CST is mandatory if there are more than 50 people inside and 100 outside.
Telework
In the office, it will also move. Indeed, teleworking is no longer compulsory from this Friday, February 18. It remains recommended but anyone who wants to return to the office is perfectly entitled to do so. In addition, team buildings are once more authorized.
Schools
At school, children under the age of 12 will no longer have to wear the mask. Please note that this measure comes into force from February 19. On Friday February 18, it will still be necessary to wear the mask for all children under 12 years old.
Commerce
Finally, there will also be changes for businesses. Shopping, which was to be done with a maximum of two people, can once more be done freely.
