Considering that the next two years will be marked by elections (this year they are those of regional and municipal authorities and next year the parliamentary and presidential ones), which will possibly make it difficult to reach major agreements in Congress, it becomes essential that the Government can concentrate on improve management in order to increase effectiveness in the prosecution of crime, properly control borders, reduce waiting lists in state hospitals and improve the quality of education in SLEPs. Improve anti-corruption controls and clear up tax and p uncertaintiesrevisions is also essential so that the country can grow once more and create jobs.”
