“Are not that many roses”: New “Bachelor” sends three women home

Berlin. Sun, beach, cut flowers: roses are distributed once more on RTL. The 13th season of the dome show “The Bachelor” started on the streaming service RTL+ on Wednesday evening. 32-year-old David Jackson (ex-insurance salesman, now influencer) is this year’s winner. And that should be all that has changed compared to the last season – and all others before it.

In season 13, the show begins as it always does: with the candidates walking the red carpet and bumpy getting-to-know small talk. (“You look so good” – “Great dress, great color” – “Pretty eyes” – “Do you like watching SpongeBob?”). Age information is exchanged and information regarding the job. According to her own statements, candidate and “SpongeBob” fan Leyla (26) from Frankfurt runs “an online shop with eyelashes”.
New “Bachelor” ready for love
New “Bachelor” David, who was born in Stuttgart, has four relationships behind him and, following three years as a single, is ready for love, it says: “I finally want to meet the right person with whom I can also tackle the topic of family planning. “

With three women (Dahwi, Mariam and Nevin) he apparently recognizes on the first evening that they are not this person and sends them home without a rose. At the latest, it dawns on the candidates: “That’s not that many roses.”
All of this won’t be seen on linear TV until next week. The show starts on RTL on March 1st. The streaming service RTL + should then be able to see episode two.
