The authors of STALKER 2 refused Russian-language voice acting in the shooter

Shooter S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl will be released without Russian-language voice acting. As one of the employees of the GSC Game World studio noted on the official Discord channel, the developers decided to refuse to release a fully localized version.

Information about the Russian-language voice acting in STALKER 2 has already been removed from the official website of the game. At the same time, judging by the description of the localization, Russian subtitles will remain in the shooter. The reason for the refusal to dub the representative of GSC Game World called the ongoing hostilities on the territory of Ukraine.

On June 13, it became known that the release of STALKER 2 was officially has been postponed to 2023 without an exact date. Formerly GSC Game World stopped selling all their games in Russia.
